I saw several Ibanez at Sam Ashe and was tempted to buy two of them.They are really beautifully built. Gorgeous finishes. Maybe I'm just a collector. I'm really impressed with the wood. Inlays are beautiful. Value: yes Desirability: Mine has the finish of a nice violin. I had to have it. What I've read about playing quality (with the AS series)is good and I hope as I learn more I will continue my infatuation. Sound: I just bought it last night.......unresearched. I was actually looking for an 85. I'm new to guitars and have the fever. I've been playing 4 months and have purchased 4 guitars in that time. Each is quite different. I likewhat I hear so far. Support: N/A Overall: I'm already looking, but I would certainly replace this one. I need a 6 string electric that the neighbors can'thear while I use headphones at midnight.
